Shipping Methods and Charges
WholeApproach®.com uses UPS or US Postal Service to ship your order. When filling out your shipping address, please include your street address.
To receive free shipping, simply do the following:
1. Place your online order of $149 or more*
2. Ship to an address within the United States (including U.S. territories)
3. Free shipping applies only to UPS Ground or USPS mail (shipping method is selected by WholeApproach®) and items should arrive within 3-10 business days from your order.
4. Please provide shipping street address so that we can obtain rate quotes for UPS as well as USPS.
* Your total purchase must reach the designated amount prior to the costs of shipping and tax.
To compare shipping rates on our secure online order form, click on the "Shipping Method" drop down menu in the "Shipping Information" portion of the shopping cart. Select "UPS" or "US Postal Service" to view shipping options. To compare rates, you can click the back button.
US Priority Mail usually takes 2 - 3 days for delivery addresses in the US. We've provided a map below so that you can estimate how many days your package will take by UPS ground from our location.
Shipping rate quotes from two carriers can be obtained on our secure shopping cart. For most delivery destinations outside of the US, we recommend USPS International from the pull-down menu. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards on our Secure Server and by telephone or fax (telephone: 715-248-7751; fax: 715-248-7757). Currency: US dollar.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary from country to country; contact your local customs office for further information. The customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.
In the unlikely event that an item (or items) that you ordered from us is temporarily unavailable due to a supply shortage, you will be automatically billed at the time you place the order. This is an unfortunate limitation of electronic internet billing. If you supply us with your e-mail address when you place the order, we can inform you concerning the estimated time of shipping of your back-ordered item (or items). The remainder of your order will not be held up. If the back-ordered item or items are still not available 14 days after you placed the order, we will inform you via email and credit your account.
Guarantees, Warranties, Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem with your order or any of the products you receive from us, please let us know as soon as possible. Should you change your mind about keeping unopened, resalable product, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, credit, or exchange less a 20% restocking fee. Probiotics, books and DermaSoothe are not returnable. If you received free shipping on your purchase, the cost of shipping your package will be deducted from the amount refunded.
For all returns, please call 715-248-7751 to receive a return authorization number; or receive a return authorization by email. You may request a return authorization by emailing us from our contact info page.
If your package is damaged in transit, please bring this to the attention of your delivery agent and save all packaging material, and then contact Whole Approach® at 715-248-7751.
